How Notify My Guest connects to your tools.
Smoobu is supported natively today, with real-time API and webhook sync. Any other PMS works through Mail2WhatsApp: forward the booking emails it already sends and we convert them to WhatsApp. Native Hostfully, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo sync is on the roadmap.
No. You link your own existing WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out from your number, so guests recognize who is writing.
Add our webhook URL in Smoobu under Advanced → API Keys, paste your Smoobu API key and ID, and you're synced. It takes about five minutes and needs no code.
Use Mail2WhatsApp. Forward the booking-confirmation emails your PMS or channel already sends, and Notify My Guest turns them into instant WhatsApp messages to your guests.
Your API keys are stored securely and your saved key can never be displayed again. Notify My Guest runs on EU-based infrastructure, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
